Called to the Bar in 2025, Lok Man maintains a broad practice encompassing criminal defence, regulatory proceedings and civil contentious matters. Before transitioning to the Bar, she built a distinguished career in law enforcement, financial regulation and corporate compliance/governance. Her extensive professional experience includes serving as a Detective Senior Inspector with the Hong Kong Police Force where she handled white-collar crime investigations and internal regulatory proceedings (CAPO), as well as serving as an Enforcement Manager with the Insurance Authority and Head of Distribution Compliance with Manulife (Hong Kong & Macau).

This extensive multidisciplinary background equips Lok Man with sharp, in-depth investigative insights and a sophisticated understanding of regulatory frameworks. This experience makes her uniquely positioned to navigate cases involving complex financial crime investigations, regulatory breaches, corporate compliance/governance issues, and white-collar disputes.

Lok Man has appeared in various levels of courts either as a sole advocate or led junior. She has also represented individual clients and companies against investigations by the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF), Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
