Jayant received a Bachelor of Laws and P.C.LL from the University of Hong Kong.

Following completion of pupillage with Mr. Martin Wong, Mr. Lincoln Cheung, Mr. David Khosa and Mr. Kamlesh Sadhwani, Jayant joined the chambers in December 2017.

Jayant is coversant in Cantonese and fluent in English and Hindi.
