Clare read law at the City University of Hong Kong. After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws, she then completed her Postgraduate Certificate of Laws with Dean List’s with Merits at the City University of Hong Kong.

Clare is developing a broad civil and criminal practice, and accepts instructions in all areas of work.

Clare is native in Cantonese and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
