Vickie has broad legal experiences. Her legal career started as a Commercial / Banking Finance solicitor, followed by her role as an in-house solicitor of a property developer group of companies. Since 2003, upon being called to the Bar, Vickie has handled all sorts of civil litigations, criminal cases and acted as legal adviser to NGOs. After being accredited as a Mediator in 2010, Vickie actively participated in mediation practice and training since. In 2011, Vickie joined the Prosecutions Division of the Department of Justice where her daily duties included providing legal advices and conducting trials of wide-ranging criminal and/or regulatory offences in different levels of criminal courts. Vickie resumed her private practice at the Bar and on Mediation in late 2016. She served in various Committees of the Hong Kong Bar Association since 2017. She is committed to helping clients to navigate legal proceedings and to resolve their disputes professionally, effectively, practically and efficaciously. She welcomes instructions on all civil litigations, criminal matters, disputes mediation and arbitration cases, whether as parties’ advocate or the third-party neutral.
