Vickie has broad legal experiences. Her legal career started as a Commercial / Banking Finance solicitor and she has worked as an in-house solicitor of a property developer group of companies. In 2003, upon being called to the Bar, Vickie has handled all sorts of civil litigations, criminal cases and acted as legal adviser to NGOs. After being accredited as a Mediator in 2010, Vickie actively participated in mediation practice and training since. In 2011, Vickie joined the Prosecutions Division of the Department of Justice where her daily duties included providing legal advices and conducting trials of wide-ranging criminal and/or regulatory offences in different levels of criminal courts. Vickie resumes her private practice at the Bar and on Mediation in late 2016. She has completed the respective trainings for family mediation and arbitration. She serves in various Committees of the Hong Kong Bar Association since 2017. She welcomes instructions on all civil litigations, criminal matters, disputes mediation and arbitration cases, whether as parties’ advocate or the third-party neutral.
