Cyndi joined Admiralty Chambers in October 2019 following completion of pupillage with Mr. Jon Wong, Mr. Hylas Chung, Mr. Man Hon Chiu and Mr. George Chu.

Cyndi first obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Human Resources Management from the City University of Hong Kong. She then completed  J.D. and Postgraduate Certificate of Laws at the City University of Hong Kong.

Cyndi is developing a broad civil and commercial practice. She accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Cyndi is native in Cantonese and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
